Tim Bennett, CIC - Senior Broker

Tim joined U.S. Risk in 2013 as a Senior Broker for the U.S. Risk Financial Services division. Tim has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, the last 15+ dealing with Management Liability, Professional Liability and Fidelity Bond coverages with a heavy focus on Financial Institutions. With experience in underwriting and sales, Tim is able to partner with retail agents in the placement of their FI clients whether they are standard market accounts, complex risks or distressed. Tim is here to assist agents in ensuring that each account has the best coverage available on the most competitive basis. Tim attended Case Western Reserve University School of Management.

 

Lynn Pendergrass, CIC

Lynn joined U.S. Risk Financial Services in 2001 and has focused specifically on brokering new and renewal business for Financial Institutions. She currently writes a variety of lines including D&O, Professional, EPL, Fiduciary and Crime insurance. Lynn is known for her friendly "get it done attitude and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the U.S. Risk Financial Services division.

Prior to U.S. Risk, Lynn worked in various insurance related roles for both carrier and retail companies, and placed business for the Marine, Public Entity, Workers Comp and Commercial sector. Lynn also has extensive training experience and created underwriting manuals for training new underwriters to help with sales and negotiating skills.

Lynn earned her BA from Ithaca State College in Ithaca NY

 

Pam Schultz

Pam is a veteran Excess and Surplus Lines broker with over 12 years of industry experience. Pam is recognized as a seasoned expert in the placement of Executive Liability and Bonds for banks and thrifts. She also focuses on placement of Professional Liability Lines for commercial accounts.

Before joining U.S. Risk, Pam attended college in Florida and spent 15 years outside the insurance industry as a staff accountant with training and supervisory responsibilities.
